Welcome to my new blog! After years of using WordPress, I've decided to make the switch to a static site generator called Zola. This move brings several benefits:

Why the Change?

  1. Speed: Static sites are blazing fast since there's no database or server-side processing
  2. Security: With no database or PHP, there's much less to worry about security-wise
  3. Simplicity: Everything is in version control, and I can write posts in Markdown
  4. Control: Complete control over my content and how it's presented

What's Next?

I'll be working on migrating my existing content and adding new features to the site. Stay tuned for:

  • More blog posts about technology, coding, and photography
  • An improved design and layout
  • Better integration with my projects and photos
  • Maybe even some interactive features!
